The PSS20S92F6-AG is a 600V, 20A Integrated Power Module with a three-phase DC/AC inverter for low-power motor control, featuring an N-side IGBT open emitter and built-in bootstrap diodes with current-limiting resistors. It includes a temperature output function (VOT) that provides an analog signal proportional to the LVIC temperature, with a range of 0.88V to 2.91V across 25°C to 90°C, referenced to a 5kΩ pull-down resistor. The module is housed in a transfer-molded, insulated package, measuring 36mm × 26mm × 11.6mm, and is rated for a maximum case temperature of 100°C and junction temperature of 125°C (average).
