The PSS10NC1FT is a combined converter and inverter integrated power module designed for AC 400V three-phase motor inverter drives, featuring a 10A/1200V three-phase inverter with CSTBT IGBTs and a 10A three-phase full-wave rectifier. It is housed in a transfer-molded insulated package with a case dimension of 19.6mm width and 6.4mm height at the heat radiation point, and operates at a maximum case temperature of 110°C. The module includes integrated drive circuits, under-voltage protection, short-circuit protection via external shunt resistor, and analog temperature monitoring output. Electrical characteristics include a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 2.45V at 125°C, a forward voltage drop of up to 3.10V for the freewheeling diodes, and a control supply voltage limit of 20V. Isolation voltage is rated at 2500 Vrms. It is UL recognized under UL1557 File E323585.
