The PSS10MC1FT is a CIB-type insulated DIPIPM module integrating a 3-phase inverter, 3-phase converter, and brake circuit for AC 400V motor drive applications. It features 10A/1200V CSTBT IGBTs in the inverter section and a 5A/1200V brake IGBT. The module uses transfer molding and has a case temperature rating up to 110°C with a junction temperature range of -30°C to +150°C. It includes built-in drive circuits, under-voltage protection, short-circuit protection via external shunt resistor detection, temperature monitoring via analog output, and a 5V high-active logic input interface. Rated for 2500 Vrms isolation, it is UL 1557 recognized. Package dimensions and mounting details are specified for heat sink integration with recommended thermal grease application.
