The PSS05SA2FT is a 1200V, 5A insulated transfer-molded three-phase DC/AC inverter module with built-in drive, protection, and temperature sensing circuits for AC 400V class motor control. It features integrated LPT-CSTBT IGBTs, bootstrap diodes with 16-24Ω current-limiting resistors, and open-emitter N-side IGBTs. The module has a case operating temperature range of -30°C to +100°C, a junction temperature range of -30°C to +150°C, and an isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms. Thermal resistance is up to 2.24 K/W for the IGBT per 1/6 module. It includes under-voltage and short-circuit protection with fault signaling, a 5V Schmitt-trigger input interface, and a temperature output analog signal. The package is an insulated transfer-molding type with a 46g weight and mounting torque of 0.98-1.47 N·m. The module is UL recognized under UL1557 File E80276.
