The PSS05S72FT is a 1200V, 5A insulated three-phase DC/AC inverter module in a transfer-molded insulated package, designed for AC 400Vrms motor control applications with DC bus voltages up to 800V. It features built-in bootstrap diodes with a 16-24Ω limiting resistor, N-side open-emitter IGBTs with short-circuit and under-voltage protection, fault signaling, and an analog temperature output. The module is rated for a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and case temperature of 100°C, with a thermal resistance of 2.2 K/W per IGBT and 2.7 K/W per FWDi. Electrical isolation is 2500Vrms for 1 minute. It meets UL 1557 and is certified under RoHS. The package dimensions are 42.5mm x 23mm x 11.7mm with M3 mounting screws at a recommended torque of 0.78N·m.
