The PS22A72 is a 1200V, 5A insulated three-phase DC/AC inverter module with built-in drive, protection, and temperature sensing functions, designed for AC 400V class motor control. It features a transfer-molded, insulated package and measures approximately 46 grams in weight. The device includes short circuit and under-voltage protection for N-side IGBTs, fault signaling, analog temperature output, and a 5V Schmitt trigger input interface. Maximum junction temperature is rated at 150°C, with maximum case operating temperature of 100°C and isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms. Thermal resistance is 2.24 K/W for the IGBT per 1/6 module. It is UL 1557 recognized and complies with RoHS. Mounting torque for M4 screws is specified at 0.98 to 1.47 N·m.
