The PM300DV1A120 is a flat-base, insulated intelligent power module for general-purpose inverter and servo drive applications, incorporating 5th generation CSTBT™ IGBTs and diodes with integrated gate drive and protection circuits. It features built-in short-circuit, over-temperature, and under-voltage protection with fault output signals for each arm. The package measures 89 mm × 52 mm with a mounting torque of 3.92 to 5.88 N·m for M6 screws and weighs 510 g. The inverter section supports a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 1200 V and continuous collector current of 300 A, with a total power dissipation of 1785 W at 25°C. Junction temperature ranges from -20°C to +150°C, and case operating temperature from -20°C to +100°C. Isolation voltage is 2500 V AC for 1 minute. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 0.07 K/W for IGBT and 0.107 K/W for the diode. It meets AEC-Q200 and RoHS standards.
