The PM25RG1B120 is an insulated flat-base intelligent power module for motor control applications, integrating IGBTs, freewheeling diodes, gate drivers, and protection circuitry. It supports 1200 V collector-emitter voltage and 25 A continuous collector current with 260 W total power dissipation at 25°C. Junction temperature range is -20°C to +150°C; operating case temperature is -20°C to +125°C. Built-in protections include over-temperature, under-voltage, and short-circuit detection with fault output signals for each arm. Isolation voltage is 2500 Vrms AC for 1 minute. Thermal resistance is 0.48 K/W for IGBT and 0.78 K/W for diode junction-to-case. Mass is 260 g. Mounting torque for M5 screw is 2.5-3.5 N·m; M4 terminal screws are 1.5-2.0 N·m. Certified to UL 1557 and RoHS 2011/65/EU and (EU)2015/863.
