The PM200CG1C120 is a flat-base, insulated intelligent power module designed for general-purpose inverter and servo drive applications. It features a 1200 V collector-emitter voltage rating and a 200 A continuous collector current, with an integrated over-temperature protection and fault output for each arm. The module is packaged in a flat-base insulated case with a mass of 425 g. It meets UL 1557 and is RoHS compliant with a 2500 V RMS isolation voltage. Maximum junction temperature is 150 °C, and the operating case temperature range is -20 to 125 °C. The module incorporates CSTBT™ chips with a thermal resistance of 0.10 K/W (IGBT) and 0.15 K/W (freewheeling diode) from junction to case.
