The PM150CG1C120 is an insulated intelligent power module designed for general-purpose inverter and servo drive applications. It features a flat-base package with dimensions specified to ±0.8 mm for sizes over 30 mm and a mass of 425 g. The module integrates three-phase IGBT inverter stages with integrated protection functions, including over-temperature, short-circuit, and under-voltage detection, and provides error output signals per arm. It can withstand a collector-emitter voltage of up to 1200 V, continuous collector current of 150 A, and peak pulse current of 300 A, with a total power dissipation of 961 W at 25 °C. Junction temperature ranges from -20 °C to 150 °C, and case operating temperature from -20 °C to 125 °C.
