MRF176GV is a 200 W RF MOSFET transistor designed for broadband commercial and military applications up to 500 MHz, operating at 50 V with 17 dB typical power gain and 55% typical efficiency at 225 MHz. It is housed in a CASE 375-04, STYLE 2 package and is 100% ruggedness tested at rated output power. The device features low thermal resistance and a typical Crss of 7.0 pF at VDS = 50 V.
