The CM450DX-24T is an insulated high-power IGBT module designed for AC motor control, motion/servo control, and power supply applications. It features a flat base type with a copper base plate featuring nickel plating and tin-plated solder pin terminals. The device has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1200 V, a continuous collector current of 450 A, and a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. It is UL recognized under UL1557, File No. E323585, and complies with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and (EU) 2015/863. The module measures 142 mm × 108 mm × 28.2 mm and includes an integrated NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring.
