Ark-Plas® Products, Inc. Barb to Barb Standard In-line Filter AP19FV0037P2P

Description
In-Line Filters are designed for the removal of most visible particulate in aqueous solutions, and gas streams, by means of either a stainless steel filter, or a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) filter. In-Line Filter housings are manufactured in Nylon, Polypropylene, and Clear Polycarbonate materials. Stainless Steel Filters are available in two different mesh counts. 100 mesh count (140 micron rating), for larger particle removal, and 200 mesh count (74 micron rating), for smaller particle removal. HDPE Filters are fiber filters with a 45 to 90 micron density (HDPE 4903) for fine particle removal, or a 90 to 130 micron density (HDPE 4913) for larger particles. Stainless Steel Filters are acceptable for use in fluid and gas streams requiring a strong filter media in conjunction with solutions and applications suitable for use with this media. The alternative HDPE filter media used in Ark-Plas® In-Line Filters is manufactured from Porex material. Ark-Plas® HDPE Filters acquire the advantage of the micro-pore technology incorporated in the manufacture of this material. The process provides a filter media that will capture virtually all minute particles in the applied system. In-Line Filters are molded with the same barb without parting line technology as our Check Valves, and are stocked with 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", or 3/8" barbs. Reducing / Enlarging and Threaded In-Line Filters are also available.
