The machine is an up-stroke uni-axial table, with a fixed container.
A multi-layered pad with a special wear-out forming surface. Thanks to this wear-out layer, the service life of the pad is multiplied by 15 to 20.
The elastomer used for the pad has been developed by our R&D department to combine the best forming capability with the longer service life.
The frame structure consists of single, heavy, hot-rolled, steel plates. This frame so constituted is of solid construction, without welded or mechanical joint. It is very safe and compact.
A single, high pressure, hydraulic cylinder, supplies the forming force. It is made of high yield strength alloy, to combine the best safety and compactness.
The pad container is made of a single piece, high strength, forged alloy.
All the structure is fully checked with F.E.A. analysis.
