Compact "Chemical pumps"
The magnetic drive pumps TMP serie have been developed on previous AM pump to better meet current and future market needs.
These pumps are centrifugal, horizontal, short coupled, entirely made of reinforced thermoplastic polymers.
Internal components are made of ceramic oxides, high density carbon, fluorinted elastomers; use of metallic part in direct contact with the liquid pumped is ruled out.
Materials are selected and combined to deliver maximum performance, and make these pumps true"compact chemical pumps".
Safe and long lasting
The magnetic drive system excludes the use of any rotary seal organ. The sealing is ensured by single OR static seal located between the pump body and the rear body. Special devices and materials used allow the pump to stand accidental dry run from 15 minutes up to 1 hour depending upon the conditions of service (statement valid for internal construction of the R type).
Performant and versatile
Offers 3 combinations N - R - X of constuctive materials compatible to clean fluids, fluids laden with slightly abrasive solids, strong alkline salts solutions, sodium hypochlorite, acids such as chromic acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, etc..
Hosts motors of increasing power, namely "N" or "P" or S" rated to pump up to full flow fluids with specific weights, reaspectively, of 1,05 kg/dm3 (N normal motor) - kg/dm3 1,35 (P = Powered motor) -1,8 kg/dm3 (S=Super powered motor).Is fitted with strong magnetic coupling made of rare earth Neodymium Iron Boron magnets.
