Close coupled magnetic drive chemical pump
HERMETIC PUMPS
Magnetic driven pumps are defined “hermetic” for any rotating seal is abolished and the sole loss of liquid possible between front and rear casing is prevented by a static seal of the O ring type.
SELF CENTERING CONSTRUCTION
Pump shaft and electric driver shaft coupled with rigid, self locking coupling ;
Self centering assemblage by flanges does not need alignment;
Roll bearing, located in the intermediate support that interfaces the electric driver and the pump, guides the shaft of the impeller and bears its dynamic loads.
Electric motor normalised to IEC standards (NEMA-JIS on request);
Field assembly of normalised motors to bare pump possible and easy (does not requre to dis assemble the pump). TOTAL RESISTANCE TO CORROSION
PP (Polypropylene) or E-CTFE (Etylene- CloroTrifluoroEtylen
e) made casings resist to almost all chemicals from low to medium liquid temperature.
LIQUIDS LADEN WITH SOLIDS, SLIGHTLY ABRASIVE
Construction and combination of different materials allow to pump clean liquids as well as liquids laden with moderate quantity of solids in suspension or slightly abrasive.
HEAVY LIQUIDS
Rare Earth high torque magnetic coupling made of Neodymium Iron Boron magnets allow to displace heavy liquids to the full flow of the pump. You do not need any longer to reduce the max. flow of the pump to accommodate liquid with specific weight up to 2,00 kg/dm3
ATTENTION TO DETAILS
Impeller hydro dynamiclly balanced.
Magnets protected from chemical corrosion and framed to minimize weight and maximize mechanical resistance;
Modular rear casing made up by two concentric cases; inner for maximum chemically resistance, outer for superior mechanical resistance.
Elastic shock absorbers mounted between wet end and cast iron support, gradually adsorb attraction force exerted by the magnets of the mag. assy. on to those of the impeller during assembly or disassembly the actively preventing accidents to the operator and or accidental mechanical shocks to hydraulic parts.
OPTIONALS
Drain tap
Dry run protection
Temperature probe
Vibration probe
Liquid loss probe
Thermal insulation of casing
