The CJ-75-3 is a reversible homogenizer with a 6.25-inch diameter rotor, operating at 3,600 RPM and a tip speed of 5,800 ft/min, delivering 735 gpm of upward flow through a high-shear zone. It has a motor power range of 7 to 10 hp and an immersion depth of 60 inches. The mixer features an adjustable rotor/stator gap for precise shear control, axial-flow mixing with dual-mode action, and standard Type 316 stainless steel wetted parts. It supports explosion-proof, TEFC, 3-phase motors from 230 to 575 volts. The bearing system uses a Rulon bearing with a stainless steel sleeve.
