The CJ-4BX is a reversible homogenizer designed for high-shear mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, and re-suspending solids in liquids. It features a 1.88-inch diameter rotor, operates at 8,000 RPM with a tip speed of 3,935 ft/min, and delivers 63 gpm of upward mixing flow in a 16-inch immersion depth. The unit has a 0.5 HP motor and uses a close-clearance rotor/stator design for intense mechanical and hydraulic shear. Standard wetted parts are Type 316 stainless steel. The mixer supports adjustable rotor/stator gap for precise shear control and offers true axial-flow reversibility, enabling controlled downward vortex and upward umbrella flow patterns without air entrainment.
