ANVER’s Press Automation Cups (also known as “Panel Cups”) are flexible with anti-slip properties, ideal for lifting metal sheets, plastics, and composite material without bending or marking. The powerful seal is designed to hold curved loads such as automotive hoods, roofs, or side panels with minimal surface area. The Flat Panel Cups come in round and oval shapes with superior suction force for a variety of applications. The 1.5 Bellows Panel Cups come in a round shape and work exceptionally well with extremely curved and thin sheet metal that requires level compensation for low head-room.
Features
Wide range of diameters to fit work pieces of various shapes and sizes
Large-area of inner support structure
Soft and flexible sealing lip
Excellent sealing properties on flat or curved surfaces
High-powered horizontal and vertical suction
Extremely wear-resistant material to extend usage
Vulcanized nipple
Precise positioning when used with laser-cutting machines and stamping presses
Less expensive and interchangeable option compared to other cups currently used in the automotive panel handling industry
Applications
Handling metal sheets with extremely short cycle times
Using feeder systems for press lines in the automotive industry
Moving thin metal, plastic, or composite sheets without warping or marking
Handling sheet metal parts and curved loads
Using robotic pick and place lifting
Working with oily sheets Materials Flat and Bellows Press Automation Cups: Made from ANVER Nomathane™ 50 and 60
