SFH 309 FA-4 is a silicon NPN phototransistor in a radial T1 package with a black epoxy case, designed for applications in access control and appliances. It has a photocurrent range of 1120 to 1800 µA at V_CE = 5 V, λ = 950 nm, and E_e = 0.5 mW/cm², with a typical peak sensitivity at 900 nm and spectral response from 730 to 1120 nm.
