The BPX 38-2/3 is a silicon NPN phototransistor in a hermetically sealed Metal Can TO-18 package, with a spectral sensitivity range of 450 to 1120 nm and operation up to 125 °C. It is designed for industrial automation applications such as light barriers and vision controls. This variant has a photocurrent range of 224 to 560 µA at 5 V, 950 nm, and 0.5 mW/cm² irradiance.
