The AS1112-BQFT is a 16-channel LED driver designed for constant current sinking, capable of driving up to 100mA per channel. It features 12-bit greyscale PWM brightness control with 4096 steps and 6-bit dot correction with 64 steps, allowing for precise brightness adjustments across channels. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 3.0 to 5.5V and can support LED power supply voltages of up to 15V. The AS1112-BQFT includes diagnostic features such as open and short LED detection, as well as an overtemperature flag, enhancing reliability in applications. It utilizes an SPI-compatible serial interface for control and data transfer, with a maximum clock rate of 30 MHz. The product is housed in a compact 32-pin TQFN package measuring 5x5 mm, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. This LED driver is ideal for applications including mono-, multi-, and full-color LED displays, LED signboards, and display backlighting.
