It operates at a drain-source voltage up to 65 V and handles a maximum DC drain current of 4.5 A, with a junction temperature rating of 200 °C. The device provides typical power gain exceeding 14 dB at 960 MHz and 45 W peak envelope power in class-AB operation, with drain efficiency above 46%.
