The ADOD Automotive delay-on-dropout time delay relay has solid state digital timing circuitry. The relay is packaged in a 2" × 2" × 1.5" enclosure with 2 mounting ears, epoxy sealed. Timing is factory fixed (other delay times are available). Input voltage is 12 VDC, 40 ampere SPST relay contact (Form A). Power is applied to the relay at all times. When ignition is activated the relay contacts close; When ignition is turned off the timing cycle begins; Reset occurs by reactivating ignition circuit.
