The WDG 1210 is a flue gas oxygen analyzer using zirconium oxide sensor technology for combustion monitoring in industrial applications. It features a remote controller with a single-line 4-digit LED display and four operation keys, supporting Modbus RTU over isolated RS-485 and isolated 4-20 mA analog outputs with 1000 V rms isolation. The probe operates in flue gas temperatures up to 677 °C (1250 °F) and is available in lengths of 0.22 m, 0.45 m, 0.9 m, or 1.8 m with multiple mounting flange options including 2" NPT, 3" 150 lb ANSI, and DN65 PN6 (JIS). The system includes automatic calibration, diagnostic alarms, and an IP65-rated enclosure. It meets CE directives for EMC and low voltage compliance.
