The Phantom® v611 provides a widescreen CMOS sensor and greater than 6 Gigapixels/second throughput ISO Color 2,000D* 2,500T* ISO Mono 6,400D* 20,000T 1280 x 800 maximum resolution Max speed at reduced resolution of 128 x 8 is 680,000 fps (standard), 1,000,000 fps (optional) 1 µs minimum exposure, 300 ns with the FAST option Versatile Dual HD-SDI Records direct to CineMag up to 800 Mpx/second The Phantom® v611 is the unique follow up to our v12.1 camera. With an improved body style, a lighter weight, and additional on-camera controls, it is well suited to the demands of the high-speed imaging market. Housed in a white body, the camera remains cool while shooting in direct sunlight making it ideal for military test range applications. The v611 includes our proprietary widescreen 1280 x 800 CMOS sensor, which allows you to keep moving targets in the frame longer and see more of the event you are recording. The wide sensor also enables true 1280 x 720 HD images. With the v611, you can achieve a maximum speed of 6242 frames-per-second at full resolution. At reduced resolutions, it can deliver up rto 680,000 frames-per-second, or 1,000,000 fps using the FAST option. The camera offers Versatile Dual HD-SDI that can provide 4:4:4 video (except at 60 fps), or two single 4:2:2 HD-SDI ports – one for playback and one always live. It is also capable of recording direct to CineMag at up to 800 megapixels/second. Additional features that set the v611 apart from its competitors include our Extreme Dynamic Range feature, which gives you the ability to get two different exposures within a single frame so areas that would otherwise be overexposed contain image detail. Additionally, the Auto Exposure function lets the camera automatically adjust to changing lighting conditions. The ability to trigger from motion in an image with our unique Image-Based Auto-Trigger feature is now standard as is an Internal Mechanical Shutter which eliminates the need to manually cap the lens during a black balance.
