The 56.OA12.1233S is a safety relay with force-guided contacts, configured as 3 NO/3 NC, designed for use in safety-critical control systems. It operates with a 12 VDC coil, rated for a voltage range of 8.4 to 16.8 VDC, and has a coil resistance of 180 Ω. The relay meets DIN EN 50205 and IEC/EN 61810 standards and is approved for applications specified under IEC 60204, EN 60204, and EN ISO 13849. The contacts are silver nickel with a 0.2 µm gold finish and are mounted on a PCB with standard footprints. All variants in the OA 5612 series feature force-guided contacts with a minimum 0.5 mm air gap between contacts to ensure fail-safe operation.
