The AONS66916T is a 100V N-channel MOSFET in a DFN5x6 package, designed for high-efficiency switching applications such as synchronous rectification in DC/DC and AC/DC converters and industrial motor drives. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 100A at 25°C case temperature and a typical on-resistance of 3.6mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage, reducing to 5mΩ at 6V gate-source voltage. The device features a gate charge of 67 to 95nC, a body diode reverse recovery charge of 215nC, and is rated for a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. It is RoHS and halogen-free compliant, 100% UIS and Rg tested, and meets AEC-Q200 automotive standards. Thermal resistance is 0.43 to 0.58°C/W from junction to case and 40 to 50°C/W from junction to ambient on a standard FR-4 board.
