AONS66415 is a 40V N-channel AlphaSGT MOSFET in a DFN 5x6 package, designed for DC motor drive, BMS applications, and synchronous rectification in DC/DC and AC/DC converters. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 150A at 25°C case temperature, with a typical on-resistance of 2.9mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage and 3.3mΩ at 8V gate-source voltage. The device is 100% UIS and Rg tested, supports an avalanche current of 45A and avalanche energy of 101mJ at 0.1mH, and operates with a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Thermal resistance is 0.74°C/W to 0.95°C/W junction-to-case and 40°C/W to 50°C/W junction-to-ambient. It meets RoHS 2.0 and is halogen-free compliant.
