The AONS66405T is a 40V N-channel AlphaSGT power MOSFET designed for synchronous rectification, battery management systems, and motor control applications. It is packaged in a DFN 5x6 case with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. The device features a static drain-source on-resistance of less than 0.95mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage and 1.05mΩ at 8V, with a continuous drain current of 385A at 25°C case temperature. It is 100% tested for unclamped inductive switching and gate resistance, and meets RoHS 2.0 and halogen-free compliance standards.
