AONS38108 is a 25V N-channel MOSFET designed for high-current switching applications such as server and telecom power systems. It is packaged in a DFN 5x6 surface-mount case and features an extremely low on-resistance of less than 1mΩ at V GS =10V and 1.25mΩ at V GS =6V. The device can handle a continuous drain current of up to 355A at 25°C case temperature and is tested for 100% unclamped inductive switching (UIS) and gate resistance. It meets RoHS 2.0 and halogen-free compliance standards. The junction and storage temperature range is from -55°C to 150°C, with a maximum junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.65°C/W.
