AONS20485 is a 40V P-channel MOSFET in a DFN5x6 package, designed for load switching and battery protection applications. It has a continuous drain current of -40A at 25°C and a maximum on-resistance of 15mΩ at -10V gate-source voltage. The device is RoHS 2.0 and halogen-free compliant, 100% UIS and Rg tested, and operates with a junction and storage temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. Its thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.3 to 1.7°C/W, and it supports avalanche current up to 40A and energy up to 80mJ.
