AON7418 is a 30V N-channel MOSFET using Trench Power AlphaMOS technology, designed for DC/DC converters in computing, servers, and industrial systems. It is packaged in an 8-DFN-EP (3.3x3.3 mm) surface-mount case. The device has a continuous drain current of 50A at TC=25°C and 39A at TC=100°C, with a maximum on-resistance of 1.7mΩ at VGS=10V and 2.8mΩ at VGS=4.5V. It supports a pulsed drain current of 200A, has a gate charge of 65nC at 10V, and is 100% tested for unclamped inductive switching and Rg. The junction and storage temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. Thermal resistance is 1.1 to 1.5°C/W from junction to case and 45 to 55°C/W from junction to ambient. The product meets RoHS and halogen-free requirements.
