ULTRA Series DAPI fluorescence filter set designed to provide bright, high-contrast images of DAPI-stained samples when illuminated with a 385 nm LED light source. This filter set is also ideal for use with BFP, Alexa Fluor® 405, and all other similar fluorophores. ULTRA Series filter sets provide better overall performance than our standard filter sets by using a combination of tight wavelength control (typically ± 1.5 nm), ultra-steep edges, deeper blocking, and the industry’s highest transmission levels. They are also specified to produce zero pixel shift when filters are switched out in order to image multiple fluorophores in a single sample. All Alluxa optical filters are durable and hard-coated using our innovative SIRRUS™ plasma deposition process.
