ULTRA Series mCherry fluorescence filter set designed to provide bright, high-contrast images of mCherry-tagged samples when illuminated with an LED light source. This filter set is also ideal for use with Texas Red®, Alexa Fluor® 594, and all other similar fluorophores. ULTRA Series filter sets provide better overall performance than our standard filter sets by using a combination of tight wavelength control (typically ± 1.5 nm), ultra-steep edges, deeper blocking, and the industry’s highest transmission levels. They are also specified to produce zero pixel shift when imaging multiple fluorophores. All of Alluxa’s optical filters are durable and hard-coated using our SIRRUS™ plasma deposition process.
