The CH Ellis 05-5709 all starts with the well tried and proven 9" deep 8304 tool case. To that we add a four stage completely retractable industrial grade telescoping handle with lock button. Tools dont migrate out of their pockets when being carried or wheeled. The unique four stage handle has an Ellis exclusive EDPM cover for comfort and grip. The steel bearing rubber wheels can also be widely spaced for stability and greater carrying capacity. The Ellis unique T-beam adds greater strength.
