Conductive Vinyl Tile Flooring 440-100
The Sierra 440-100 is an conductive vinyl tile flooring that creates an attractive uniform surface with a durable hard surface and antifatigue backing. These ESD-safe vinyl tiles can be installed over access floors and easily perforated without cracking. The high vinyl content and high-pressure manufacturing process makes these tiles indention and abrasion resistant, and the non-porous surface offers excellent chemical resistance. This easy-to-maintain flooring never needs conductive wax, making it ideal for areas requiring a low maintenance, no dust, high performance ESD floor. The 440 series meets all of the requirements of ANSI/ESD S.20.20; the properties are permanent and are not affected by ambient humidity or temperature. One copper grounding strip (440-135) is REQUIRED per every 1,000 square feet of conductive tile. NOTE: Price is per tile, and minimum quantity per order is 10 tiles (1 carton). Sold in carton quanties only. Sierra 440-100 Features: Low outgassing emission Meets Class 10 cleanroom requirements Conforms to the requirement of NFPA 99 Standard for Health Care Facilities Conductive Surface to surface: 2.5 X 104 - 106 Surface to ground: 2.5 x 104 Electrostatic propensity: Less than 20V Static Decay: 0.01 sec Durable, abrasion and indention resistant High chemical resistance Antifatique backing Thickness: 3.175mm Color: McKinley Size per tile: 24" x 24" Meets all of the requirements of ANSI/ESD S.20.20 Note: For an explaination on how conductive tile works, please see the products specifications sheet.
