The BLVR-L10D-B1BS-N is a low voltage pressure sensor from the BLVR Series by All Sensors Corp. It operates within a pressure range of ±10 inH2O and is designed for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic fluids such as air and dry gases. The sensor requires a supply voltage between 1.8V and 3.3V, making it suitable for low power applications, consuming 40% less power compared to the Mini-Basic Series. Key performance specifications include a linearity of 0.3%, an offset voltage at zero differential pressure of ±8.0 mV, and a response time of 100 µs. The sensor is also characterized by improved warm-up shift distribution and position sensitivity. It can withstand a proof pressure of 200 inH2O and a burst pressure of 300 inH2O. The operating temperature range is from -25°C to 85°C, with storage capabilities extending from -40°C to 125°C. This sensor is suitable for applications in medical instrumentation, environmental controls, HVAC systems, and portable devices.
The BLVR Series Basic Sensor is based on a Dual Die Reference technology to reduce all output offset or common mode errors. It also incorporates All Sensors CoBeam2 TM Technology to reduce the overall supply voltage while maintaining comparable output levels to traditional equivalent basic sensing elements. This lower supply voltage gives rise to improved warm-up shift while the CoBeam2 Technology itself reduces package stress susceptibility resulting in improved overall long term stability. The technology also vastly improves position sensitivity to nearly immeasurable levels.
This series is intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fl uids such as air, dry gases and the like. The output is also ratiometric to the supply voltage and is operable from 1.8 to 3.3 volts DC.
