CO2 gas coolers replace traditional air-cooled condensers in refrigerating systems that have been designed for the use of CO2 as a single refrigerant. Commercial gas coolers AlfaBlue Junior XG offer excellent performance especially at low airflow rates, allowing easy installation on site and outstanding integration with other components. Highly efficient fan motors combine excellent sound characteristics and low energy consumption.
Standard configuration
Innovative coil design based on 8 mm copper tubes, Cu alloy connections and corrugated aluminium turbo fins provides excellent heat transfer. Standard fin spacing 2.1 mm. Circuiting design is fully optimized to the thermodynamic properties of CO2.
Patented coil frame design allowing for thermal expansion and offering protection against vibration (f.i. during transportation). Corrosion resistant casing material, pre-painted RAL9002. Separated fan sections.
High efficiency fans with innovative polymeric fan blades and low power consumption. Available in four fan diameters (350, 400, 500 & 630 mm), different power supplies (230V, 400V, 50/60Hz) and four noise levels. Protection class IP 54 according to DIN 40050. Integrated thermo contacts provide reliable protection against thermal overload (terminals in the box). Motors may be wired to one or more common terminal boxes.
