ALPHA HiTech AD13-9692B is a one-component epoxy adhesive designed for low-temperature curing to bond heat-sensitive devices. It is supplied in 10cc and 30cc syringes and cures at 80 °C. The cured material has a glass transition temperature of 45 °C ± 5 °C, a Shore D hardness of 65 to 75, and a coefficient of thermal expansion of 55 ± 5 ppm below Tg and 175 ± 10 ppm above Tg. It shows no corrosion after 95 hours at 40 °C and 95% RH, absorbs less than 1.0 wt% moisture in 24 hours at 25 °C, and maintains insulation resistance above 1 × 10¹² ohms under the same conditions. Viscosity ranges from 8,000 to 18,000 cps at 25 °C, specific gravity is 1.1 to 1.3, pot life is three days at 25 °C, and shelf life is six months when stored below -20 °C. It is halogen-free.
