The S7 series is a 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm surface-mount HCMOS clock oscillator with a frequency range of 1.000 to 156.250 MHz, operating from a supply voltage of 1.62 to 3.63 V. It features ±20 to ±100 ppm frequency stability, a 15 pF maximum output load, and a 5 ms maximum start-up time. The package is a seam-sealed ceramic-metal case with Ni/Au terminator pads. Operating temperature ranges include -20°C to +70°C, -40°C to +85°C, and -40°C to +125°C. Output symmetry is 45% to 55% for tight duty cycle variants. Phase jitter is 1 ps RMS (12 kHz to 20 MHz), with Tri-state enable/disable control. The part is RoHS compliant and Pb-free.
