The ALD810030SCLI is a quad supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array designed to balance up to four series-connected supercapacitors by regulating leakage currents through voltage-dependent current control. It is packaged in a 16-pin SOIC with dimensions of 4.69mm to 5.00mm in length and 3.50mm to 4.05mm in width. Each of the four integrated MOSFETs has a gate threshold voltage of 3.00V at IDS(ON) = 1µA and operates with an input voltage range up to 4.42V, producing output currents from 0.1nA to 10mA. The device operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and supports a maximum drain-source voltage of 10.6V and a power dissipation of 500mW.
