The ALD810020SCL is a quad supercapacitor auto-balancing MOSFET array in a 16-pin SOIC package, measuring 10.00 mm by 3.50 mm, designed to balance up to four series-connected supercapacitors by automatically regulating leakage currents. Each of the four integrated SAB MOSFETs has a precision gate threshold voltage of 2.00 V at 1 µA drain-source current, with output current varying exponentially from below 0.3 nA to over 1000 µA based on input voltage. The device operates from 0°C to +70°C, supports up to 10.6 V drain-source voltage, and dissipates a maximum of 500 mW.
