The device features a typical oscillation frequency of 2.5 MHz at 5V and can handle a supply voltage range from 2V to 12V. It has a low supply current of 100 ¬µA and extremely low trigger, threshold, and reset currents of 10 pA, making it suitable for battery-operated applications. The ALD2502PBL is compatible with CMOS, NMOS, and TTL logic levels, and it includes three matched internal resistors that set the threshold and trigger levels.
