The HRDP-496-5448 is a high reach dumper designed for lifting and dumping containers at elevated heights, eliminating the need for conveyors or mezzanines in applications such as grinders. It features a 5 HP continuous duty motor, a 4,000 lb capacity, and a maximum dump height of 96 inches. The carriage measures 54 x 48 inches, with an overall footprint of 85 x 83 inches and a carriage height of 55 inches. The unit achieves a full 135-degree tilt using a machine-grade single-acting lift cylinder and double-acting cylinders with spherical rod ends. The controller is UL listed, all bearings are lifetime lubricated, and the operating cycle time is 44 seconds. Shipping weight is 2,700 lbs.
