Inhibits c-Raf with ten-fold increased potency compared to B-Raf, but does not inhibit many other protein kinases (even at 50 μM) with the exception of SAPK2a/p38a (IC50 = 2 μM) and SAPK2b/p38b2 (ICâ‚…â‚€ = 2 μM). The inhibition of c-Raf by ZM 336372 is competitive with respect to ATP.
