A cell-permeable quinolinyl-thiourea compound that acts as a potent, ATP-competitive, and reversivle inhibitor of PDGFR. Inhibits c-kit receptor only at much highter concentrations. Shown to potently inhibit neointima formation in a rat carotid artery baloon injury model in vivo.
