Ciprofloxican is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent. Inhibits cell division, causes double-strand breaks in the bacterial chromosome. It is also a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against Gram-positive, Gram-negative and anaerobic bacteria. Has potential anxiogenic property.
