Defender+ faceshield frames for slotted caps feature lightweight, polypropylene construction and easy-in/easy-out visor channel for quick-and-easy visor replacement. Frames do not use mechanical pins for attachment, but latch directly to the bill of the cap for a tight seal (latching tab models). Available earmuff accessory simply snaps into the frame pivot joint with no bolts and nuts to fasten. V-shaped frame extender enhances visor retention, minimizing flaring at bottom of visor. Front-drip-edge with lockdown brim offers splash protection against spills while providing an unlimited number of lift stop positions. Visors sold separately. The Foldback style frames are available in plastic (dielectric) and metal and can be used with slotted or non-slotted helmets. Visors sold separately. Meets ANSI Z87.1-2003 High Impact. Use only MSA visors with MSA frames and assemblies. Goggles or spectacles that meet ANSI Z87.1-2003 must be worn with faceshield frames, assemblies and visors.
