This electrode produces a weld deposit with minimal hydrogen content and excellent crack resistance. USA 8016-B1 may be used with AC or DC (reverse polarity). Applications More common uses would include boilers, chemical equipment, oil refineries, heat exchangers steel tubes (A213-T2), rolled steels and cast iron.
